SAND

Full time artist since 2015 Sandhya Hurreeram artist name ‘Sand’ have had 2 successful solo exhibitions (in 2020 and 2021).

Going through many trials and errors, working with galleries and chitchat with other artists, Sand found herself and her techniques through each theme she worked on.
Working mostly on African Tribes and African wildlife; Sandhya uses mix media technique (from painting, stitching to embroideries), to her African Wildlife where she uses (Splash) technique with somehow evokes the wild side, but also soothing depending on the color palette she uses.

In addition to that, Sand also painted Mauritius landscapes where she used strictly flat colors and lines and shapes.,
