BIOGRAPHY

Jacques-Henri Dick is a sculptor and multi-disciplinary artist of 35 years old, Inspired since a very young age by his Father ‘ Jean Lewis Dick ‘, Jacques-Henri started sculpture by the age of 10, and in the same year had his first exhibition with his dad in the gallery of ‘ Max Boullé ‘ in Rose hill, Mauritius.
As motivation is giving another life to a dead piece of wood, Jacques-Henri Dick passion allowed him to follow his heart and his dreams.
Throughout his passion, Jacques-Henri was able to meet many passionate artists from the network of his dad, allowing him to have an international parkour, where he even won the public price which was a Scholarship in 2007 organized in Chateau de Morges in Switzerland,
Follow up with a tour in England for the event of World wood day held in Austria reuniting 150 countries worldwide.
Woodcarving is a therapy for him, as it released his inner child..
