Behind the project stands Vincent Mariejeanne, who began exploring music at just 16, drawn to the idea that raw sound and everyday noise could be reshaped into something evocative and powerful. What started as curiosity quickly became a discipline, leading him deep into the studio – a space where experimentation, precision, and emotion intersect. Less focused on the hype, Vincz is driven by intention, building tracks designed to create atmosphere and lasting impact.

His productions soon gained attention, with releases on labels such as Preston Records, Spirec Records, OTB Records, among others. Navigating effortlessly between deep house, Tech house, future house, and adjacent territories, his genre-fluid approach keeps his sound fresh, nuanced, and hard to categorize. Influenced by artists including Dave Spoon, D. Ramirez, Kayliox, Motez, and Disclosure, Vincz distills these inspirations into a sonic identity that remains his own.
In 2012, he drew wider recognition as one half of the duo MonkeyMau. Their track “Fuck It” received support from major figures such as David Guetta, DJ Chuckie, Laidback Luke, or Sander Kleinenberg, and was featured in sessions at the legendary Amnesia Ibiza.
As a solo artist, Vincz continued to build momentum with several Beatport releases, including “Dreaming” featuring Laurent-Pierre Lecordier, earning attention both locally and internationally.
