BIOGRAPHY

Born in 1995, Nabi (Christopher Jhureea) grew up in a family where music was a constant presence, each member expressing their own unique style. This early immersion nurtured a deep and intuitive connection to sound and artistic expression.

During his teenage years, he began writing poems and slams, gradually evolving into songwriting rooted in reggae influences. His work is deeply inspired by spirituality and consciousness, driven by a belief that music holds the power to touch emotions and positively transform one’s state of mind.

In 2021, he released his first EP, Harness the Vibe, marking a significant milestone in his artistic journey. Since then, he has performed across a variety of platforms and formats, including live concerts and contemporary dance performance, expanding his presence beyond traditional musical spaces.

His artistic path has also led him to participate in projects such as Trash to Music Exhibition, as well as performances for Kafe Kiltir Moris (online series) and Étoiles en herbe at the Caudan Arts Centre.

More recently, his participation in a residency with Ansam Moris marked an important step in his development, offering a space for deeper exploration, collaboration, and refinement of his artistic vision.

Through performances, collaborations, and continuous research, Nabi continues to shape a universe where music, spirituality, and lived experience meet, inviting audiences into a space of reflection, connection, and transformation.
